This Privacy Policy explains how Consistly ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Consistly is a habit-tracking app. We designed it to keep your data private: your habits and progress live on your device, not on our servers.
The habits you create, your completion history, streaks, reminders, and app settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not have a server that collects, transmits, or stores this information, and we cannot access it. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted.
Consistly offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. To validate and restore purchases, these services process limited data such as a purchase token or receipt, a randomly generated app user identifier, and basic device/platform information. With your permission, Consistly schedules local reminders on your device to help you keep up with your habits. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server.
Consistly is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
